Bridging the Gap: Risk Taking and Rational Decision Making

I am not an expert nor claim to be, I am simply trying to learn and in turn, share the lessons. Some people think that the entrepreneur casts everything aside for their startup, their business, their goal and vision. They think "why would someone do something so crazy, so idiotic, so impossible?". Sometimes, those people also herald the great entrepreneurs of our time as crystal ball holding visionaries who's success was only possible through some genius-level clarity that a mere mortal couldn't posses.
